<span class="text_exposed_show">1.</span><span class="text_exposed_show"> Add maida, sugar and salt in a big bowl. </span><br />
<span class="text_exposed_show">2. Add curd and mix it nicely (let it be thick)and then keep aside to rest for 10 minutes. </span><br />
<span class="text_exposed_show">3. Wash Green chilly and curry leaves and chop it finely and set aside.</span><br />

chilly, hing and curry leaves and mix it well. </span><br />
<span class="text_exposed_show">5. Pre heat the oil for deep frying. (on medium flame). </span><br />
<span class="text_exposed_show">6. Just before frying add a pinch of cooking soda

2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice and keep ready.Prepare a microwave dish by placing a wax paper at the bottom and grease the dish with butter or oil and keep ready.<br />
3.Now in a large bowl add sugar and milk and beat until all of the sugar is dissolved completely.<br />
4. Now add the dry ingredients little by little and blend it to gather by using a beater.<br />
5.Now add the oil and mix properly . The mixture will be silky and smooth. Now add water and lemon juice and mix it quickly and immediately transfer the mixture to the baking dish and place in the microwave.<br />
6. Cook for about 3-5 min depending on the power of your microwave.<br />
7. Check by poking the bamboo tooth prick at the center .If it comes out clear .its ready.<br />
8. Remove and allow it to cool for 5-10 mins .<br />
9.Its ready to be relished.</div>

1. Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan for about a minute or until it starts to splutter. Keep the heat in medium and take care not to burn them. <br />
2. Now scrape the jagarry and keep ready.<br />
3. Take a blender and add cardamom powder/seeds, jagarry, and the roasted sesame seeds and pulse for 3-4 times until it forms a uniform mixture and blends properly.<br />
4. Take the ghee in a small pan and add cashews and dried grapes into it and roast it till the cashews turn slightly golden add this to the blended mixture. <br />
5. Take the mixture in a clean bowl and take small portions of the mixture and press and form small ladoos. <br />
6.If you find it difficult to form small balls out of it then add little ghee. You can even warm this mixture slightly for few seconds in microwave so it becomes easy.<br />

1. Chop up the idyll's to about 1 inch size and keep aside.<br />
2.In a non-stick pan take 2 tsp of oil,just when it becomes hot add garlic,ginger and chilly flakes and mix them. Then add chopped green chillies,onion and saute for 2-3 mins.<br />
3. Then add tomato sauce,soy sauce,green chilly sauce ,salt and sugar and mix properly.<br />
4. Now add water and make it into a medium paste.<br />
5. To the above mixture add the cut idly and mix properly so that all the idly pieces are coated properly.<br />
6. Cut off the heat and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.<br />

1.In a deep nonstick pan<br />
take 1tsp oil ,add cumin and afetr a min add chopped onions,ginger garlic paste and saute for 1-2 mins . Then add peas and add turmeric powder,chilly powder, garam masala powder and mix properly.<br />
2. In a bowl take the boiled mashed potato and then add the above mixture add chat powder and salt and mix properly. Now add chopped mint leaves and keep aside.<br />
3.. Wet both hands and then tap the bread so as to make it slightly moist. Put the potato mixture about a spoon full in the centre and then slowly roll with wet hands and seal the edges properly.<br />
4. Take a non stick pan. To it add a little bit of oil or ghee and slowly roast the bread roll on all sides so that it crunches out. Do remember to keep the flame in medium.<br />
5. Enjoy hot with desired chutney or simple ketchup.<br />

1. If you don't have fresh bread you can use old bread kept in freezer. i save the bread crust in freezer and use them as bread crumps or as a binding agent in cutlet, hara bara kabaab etc.even here i have used just the bread edges and end slices.. one more use for the wasted edges in bread sandwiches so dont forget to save them.<br />

2. If you dont have soya flour you can use only wheat or maida. You can even use only soya flour . In all the ways it will taste great. But just adjust the flour to form a shape able mass.<br />

1. Wash the potatoes and then peal them . Chop them into small cubes add a little water and cook in the microwave until tender.</div>

4. Now add the mashed potatoes, spinach paste ,salt and jeera with salt as per taste to a large bowl.</div>

5. Add atta [ wheat flour] and mix properly adding water little by little.</div>

In a non stick pan take about a spoon full of olive oil. When it becomes hot add chopped garlic to it and saute for 1 min . Just when it turns a bit golden add chilly flakes . Wait for about 30 sec.<br />2. Now add coarsely chopped mushrooms and season with slat and pepper and saute for about 4 mins.<br />3. Just when the mushrooms are done add the cheese and put off the fire. Keep mixing to inco-operate the cheese with the mushrooms.<br />4. Now cut the bread into half and then spray it on both the sides with pam or apply oil/ ghee on both the side of the bread. If required you can use a cookie cutter and cut it into circles and then apply the oil.<br />5. Now place these bread into muffin pan and bake in the oven for about 5-7 mins at 350 deg or until it becomes golden at the edges.<br />6. Now remove them from the oven,add about a spoonful of the mushroom stuffing into the bread baskets which we have already baked to form hard crust.<br />7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander greens and place it in oven and bake for another 5 mins.<br />8.Serve immediately with desired chutney or ketchup . Take a heavy bottom nonstick pan, add 1/2 tsp of ghee, then add pureed banana and dates . Keep stirring . Then after 10 mins add sugar to the mixture. Grease a plate or a try with ghee and keep ready. <br /><br />5. Keep stirring for around 15-20 mins. The color also changes to deep brown from light brown. The mixture combines to gather forming a single mass and leaves edges when stirred.be very careful and keep stirring.<br /><br />6. Now take little ghee in a small kadai and add broken cashews,almonds and raisin to the ghee and fry till it turns slightly golden.<br /><br />7. Then add cooked daal,coconut milk.and simmer and cook for 2 mins.<br /><br />3.In a small pan add the ghee,then add cashew and raisins and roasted them till they turn slightly brown. <br /><br />4.Add cashews and raisins to the daal mixture. Take a nonstick pan add about 1 tbsp of olive oil.On a medium heat add jeera and wait for a min. Add clove,cardamom,cinnamon, pepper corns and fry for about 2-3 mins until the aroma fills up the room.<br />2. Now add washed and drained rice to the pan and add 1 tsp of ghee and mix it with the spices and fry for about 3-5 mins .Now add the water ,salt,chilly powder,2tsp of oil , ghee and pepper powder and cook it in rice cooker.<br />3.Now in a pan fry the onions until they turn transparent.add the vegetables and saute for another 3 mins. <br />4.Just when the rice is almost done add the vegetable and mix well .Cover and cook for5 mins until its done perfectly.<br />5.In a pan add 1tsp of ghee and add cashews and raisins fry them till it turn a bit brown.<br />6. Pressure cook carrots until they are very tender. Puree it until it forms a fine puree.<br />2. Puree the tomatoes and keep aside.<br />3. In a pan add little bit of oil and butter . Then add cumin seeds and wait till they splutter. add onions and stir till it turns transparent. Now add ginger and garlic and stir for another 2-3 mins.<br />4. Now blend all the contents of the pan to a fine paste.<br />5. Add the remaining butter and oil and the cumin seeds[jeera] and just when it sizzels add all the puree into the pan and add all the masalas .<br />6. Add salt ,sugar and enough water as per your preference and simmer and cook for another 10 mins.<br />7. Garnish with pepper powder and butter. Believe me my friends they came out so good and fluffy.It not only looks good but the taste is unforgetable. Even my three year old ate 5-6 idli without any fuss. I have got a special liking towards oats. Always try to use it in different ways to use it in various foodies. I just like the flavour what it adds. Dry roast oats in a non stick pan for around 4-5 mins till you can smell the aroma. Keep it on the side to cool.<br />2. Dry roast sooji/samolina for about 5 mins till it turns slightly brown,allow to cool.<br />3. Now finely powder the roasted oats using a blender.<br />4. Take a large mixing bowl,add the oats powder,samolina,salt curds and water.Adjust water as per needs .<br />5. Batter will resemble idli batter But it will be a bit slimmy .<br />6. Add the cooking soda and mix well and keep aside for 5 mins.<br />7. Now greese all the idli trays with litlle bit of oil and pour the batter uniformly on all the trays.<br />8. Steam cook for about 8-10 mins .Immerse a tooth prick to the centre and if it comes out clean the idli is done.<br />9. Remove and serve warm with sambar or chutney on the side.<br />10.
