Onion Chutney

1 cup - Freshly grated coconut
3 tsp - onion
4 big - redchillies fried in little oil
1 tsp - channa dal
1/2 tsp- salt
1/4 cup - water
1 tsp - mustard
1 big - red chilly
5 fresh - curry leaves

Method :
1.Take coconut ,onion ,fried red chillies,channa dal in a blender .
2.Blend using enough water and collect in a bowl.
3.Now take about 1 tsp of oil in a pan add mustard seeds and chilly when the mustards starts to splutter add curry leaves and put it over the chutney and add salt and give it a stir.
4.Chutney is ready to be served.
