Thai fried rice


Hmm.... well what do i say you about this recipe.It tells every thing by itself.All that i can think when this dish comes to mind is wow, tasty ,yummy.If you are a spicy food lovers i promise you with this one.

Ingredients :

Carrots - 2 large
Celery - 2 leaves
Bean sprouts -1 cup
Soya sauce -1/2 cup
White vineger -1 tsp
Spring onions -2 tsp
Onion - 1 large
Ginger - 1 inch mined
Garlic - 2 tb spoon
Salt - as per your taste
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Dried chilly flakes-1/2 tsp
red chilly sauce -1 tbsp
Green chilly -1
Brown sugar -2 tsp
Olive oil -4 tsp
Vegetable oil -2 tsp
Rice -3 cups
Water -6 cups


Method:

1.Cook the rice by adding 3 tsp of soya sauce and salt.Then allow it to cool and refrigerate it.
2.Take some oil in a pan, add onions and saute them till they loose thier crispiness.
3.Now add ginger ,garlic,green chilly .All mined finely and saute them till the raw smell of garlic disappears.
4.Now add carrot,celery to this,then add bit of salt for seasoning add 1 tsp of oil and saute them till it turns brown.Then add 3 tsp of soya sauce,1 tsp of vineger.
5.Now add rice to it add remaining soya sauce and olive oil saute it .then add Salt,Brown sugar,chilly flakes,bean sprouts and gently mix everything properly.Cook by reducing the heat for 5-10 min.

6.Garnish it with spring onions.
Your thai fried rice is ready to be served.
