Hey friends here is a easy and quick recipe of okra.It has its own hot and sour taste in it. It requires simple ingredients and is easy to make.Okra is a special vegetable which increases the mental capacity &intellegence.Its rich in vitamin A,B,K & a rich fibrous vegetable.
Okra -1 pound slicedObliquely
Chilly powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Tamaring water-2 tsp
salt as per your taste
coriander leaves or cilantro-for garnishing-about 1 tsp
Oil 3 tsp
3 tsp water
1.Take a pan ,add 3 tsp of oil to it and then add the chopped okra.
2.Now saute it slightly once and close it by a lid and allow it to cook for 5 min.
3.then add chilly powder , garam masala powder,salt and toss it a bit .Now add tamarind water and again close and cook for 3-4 min then give a toss and allow it to cook with the lid on till the edges of okra begins to get browner .
now saute it thoroughly
4.now cook under low flame for 2-3 min then remove it garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with freshly made roti or even rice.
