Tomato macaroni soup

This is one of the easiest and instant soup which one can prepare.Well sound stupid i feel but its true.I just love soups.SO keep experimenting with new flavours and ingredients.Love to watch or even read more recipes and try them with my own twist. So this is one more of my special soup. This is quite filling too.Simple with very minimal ingredients and exotic flavours.Love it.the tangy sweetness of tomato, freshness of basil and chewy pasta make the soup a complete meal itself.Prefect for a chilly night .Well i can have this at any time. And dont ask about the left overs. The taste much better than fresh ones.

Ingredients:
----------
Tomato Puree - 1 cup
Tomato paste - 1tbsp[Optional]For extra richness
Basil powder - 1 tsp
fresh spinach - 1/4 cup
Tubular macaroni - 1/2 cup
Salt & pepper - as per taste
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion powder -1/2 tsp

Method:-
--------
1.Take a large vessel fill it with water ,add salt and cook the pasta and remove it just before its done.
2.Take a pan add 2-3 drops of olive oil , add tomato paste and saute for 1 min.then add tomato puree and simmer and cook for 2 mins. Then add chopped spinach, season with salt and pepper, add chilly powder and mix properly.
3.Then add enough water and bring to a boil.
4.Now add cooked macaroni to it ,add fresh or dry basil to it and simmer and cook for 2 mins.
5.Remove and serve with freshly grilled bread at the side.Enjoy hot .

Hey Soumya,
Try cooking the pasta in the tomato water. It beautifully absorbs the falvours of the soup!
