Vegetable cutlet
Here is a low fat ,crunchy ,spicy and mouth watering recipe which fits exactly for this windy chilly climate.Its so cold out that one will wish to sit at home with a hot cup of coffee and something spicy and hot sides with it.I feel this one is the best.So lets get started.
Ingredients:

Potatoes - 2 large cooked
Peas - 1 cup
Carrot - 1.5 cup
Beetroot -1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 tsp
Garlic -1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Onion -1/2 cup
Garam masala- 1tsp
Kitchen king masala-1/2 tsp
Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
salt -as per taste
Corn flour -2 tsp
Water -4 -6 tsp
Rava -3 tbsp
Bred slice -3
Milk -1/4 cup
Cumin - 1 tsp
Oil - 3tsp

1.Soak the bread in milk and keep aside.
2.Cook finely chooped carrots ,onions, beetroot,beans , with peas in microwave without adding water
3.Mash the cooked potatoes properly add all the cooked vegetables ,add ginger and garlic paste. Add cumin to it
4.Add all the seasoning masalas ,salt and mashes soakes bread after removing excess of milk .
5.Mix all the ingredients properly make small balls and flaten them in desired shapes.
6.Then make a paste with water and corn flour, spread the rava in a plate and keep ready.
7.Now coat the paste thinly over the flatened dough then roll it over rava properly so its totally covered without any space left 8.Then bake them in a pan with 2-3 drops of oil on each side till the rava gets roasted to brown and it turns crispy.
9.Serve hot with tomato sauce in the side and hot coffee. enjoy...
You can make 16-18 cutlets with this measurement.

Did you bake them soumya? eshtu hottu madugidde oven li ? Or did you do it on Tava. Looks very tempting.

hey 1/2 of it i baked in oven it takes about 25-30 mins in oven and other have in thava which takes hardly5 mins.One thing is i used only 2-3 drops of oil on each one

Tried these and they came out well. This time I used the tava since you said it is faster. Next time I will experiment with the oven and use egg instead of cornflour for binding. Thanks for this.
